Swiss Ball Circles

Rest your body on a suitable sized Swiss Ball, either resting on your upper thighs (easier), or on your feet.

Place both hands firmly on the floor, having your back parallel to the ground, perform a complete circle by moving your hands either in a crossing action, or actually lifting both hands up and to the one side.

Focus on minimal contact with the floor, keeping good balance on the ball, whilst maintaining a strong core position.
