Shoulder Bounce

This exercise is best worked with a partner who can support your legs whilst you rest your hands on the floor, aiming to keep your body vertical to the floor.

Communicating with your partner, make small explosive jumps both upwards and forwards with your arms, aiming for minimal contact with the floor.

This exercise can also be performed with your hands staggered, taking the hands both forward - backwards and even sideward's, athletes with high upper body strength, may be able to perform with only one arm.
