Explosive Hand Climb
Place both hands on a low step box, with another step placed directly behind, ideally 8 - 12 inches higher.
Push down on the box, and explode immediately upwards, taking both hands on to the higher box, whereby you will repeat the process again, bringing the hands back to the lower box.
Begin the movement with your knees resting on the floor, increasing the exercise difficulty by raising your knees as you become accustomed to the movement.
Make sure the boxes are firm and will not slide, focusing on explosive movements with minimal arm bend.
