Lateral Box Jumps

Set up a number of secure jump boxes, with the height set to your jumping ability.
Facing forward throughout the movement, jump from one box, down to the ground, then up again landing on the top of the next box, aiming to minimum contact with the ground.
You can combine both height and lateral movement during this exercise, making the exercise harder by restricting the movement with your arms.
You may want to work with a number of boxes 6 - 8 and travel in one direction, or use just 2 - 4 boxes and travel in both directions. To make the exercise harder you may decide to work on one leg.
