Side Box Jumps
This exercise can be performed in a squatted position throughout, or by using your arms to aid in up lift and balance.
Using a solid secure box 6 - 18 inches high, perform a number of jumps on and off the box, aiming to take off and land on both feet, on the centre of the box.
Focus on achieving side distance, taking off immediately upon landing - care should be taken to avoid hitting the box, or actually have the box slide from underneath you.
