Two Foot Obstacle Hop
Stand with your feet close together, having a slight bend in your legs, keeping your back upright.
Explode upwards and over a suitably sized object, either a step box or cone, and immediately return back to your start position as soon as you land.
You may want to use your arms to increase your jumping height, or simply keep your arms out to your side to aid balance.
It's important that you take care to clear the obstacle each time, aiming to keep your feet fixed close together, taking off and landing in a fixed ankle position.
