Side Box Forward Sprint
Stand one side of a low bench, and make small jumps both over and slightly forward of the bench.
You can use your arms to aid in the lifting process, or alternatively cross your arms over your chest, so that your legs will work harder.
Avoid using a bench that is too wide, as you may catch your feet on it.
Upon your final landing, sprint forward for a distance of 15 - 25 meters, then rest and repeat after sufficient rest.
