180 Degree Bench Jumps

Stand to the side of a low bench, and explode upwards and over the bench, whilst turning 180 degree's in mid air, so that when you land, you will be facing the opposite direction.

Upon landing repeat the movement, aiming to land on both feet with minimal bending in your legs, focusing on taking off immediately upon landing, using your arms to help generate height and rotation.

As you become stronger with this exercise, you can increase both the height and width of the box, however work within your limits otherwise you wont clear the box, and an injury can occur.
