Straight-arm Close Arms

Stand one stride away from the lat pull down machine, holding the bar with straight arm, hands about 8 – 10 inches apart.

aim to keep the tension on the cable throughout
lower down - keeping your back and arms straight

Smoothly pull the bar down towards your upper thighs, whilst keeping your back and arms straight.

Avoid leaning forward during the movement, focusing on making the movement smooth and under control.
