Bent Over Wide Pull In

Connect a suitable wide bar to a high pulley machine, which should be held in a wide grip stance, thumbs underneath.

aim to keep your back and arms inline with the top pulley
smoothly pull the bar to your chest - avoid leaning forward

Stand two strides away from the machine, then bend over, keeping your back and arms inline with the top pulley.

Commence the exercise with your arms straight; legs slightly bent, with feet firmly on the floor, double shoulder width apart.

Smoothly pull the bar in towards your chest, keeping your elbows high throughout the movement.
