Intermediate Level
A selection of exercises for you to try once you can complete all of the beginner exercises.Aim to perform as many reps as you feel comfortable with, then simply record how many you could perform.
Look at progressing through the different exercises, if you can do 5 - 10 reps of one of the exercise styles great. As you get fitter and you can perform more than 10 reps, look at doing two different styles of push ups, then 3 different styles.
Aim to progress up to the advanced level, once you can do 10 reps of at least 4 different intermediate exercises, within the same session.
