The press up or push up, is one of the best all over body exercises you can perform with little or no equipment.
It does not matter what your fitness level is, we have the Internets largest collection of push up exercises on video for you. There is now no excuse to tone up your upper body.
We have placed the different exercises in various categories, from beginners to super human. You should only attempt the next level, once you can complete those in the lower levels. Don't try and jump straight into the higher levels, as you will only end up hurting yourself, mainly your nose, from collapsing to the floor.
