Beginners Push Ups

A selection of exercises for you to try if your a complete beginner. Aim to perform as many reps as you feel comfortable with, then simply record how many you could perform.

Look at progressing through the different exercises, if you can do 5 - 10 reps of one of the exercise styles great. As you get fitter and you can perform more than 10 reps, look at doing two different styles of push ups.

Aim to move up to the Intermediate level, once you can do 10 reps of at least 4 different beginners exercises, within the same session.
