Advanced Level 1
The advanced push up section, is only for those that feel comfortable with this level, if you can't perform the intermediate push ups, then don't attempt these.
Look at working through all the different styles of advanced push ups, as this will give you complete upper body strength and also help prepare you for the next level.
Don't progress onto the next level (athletic) until you can perform at least 50 normal push ups. Those are the ones whereby your off your knees, and the form is good, your not simply making a small bend at the elbow. If you decide to cheat, the next level will certainly find you out.
