Across Body Extension
Hold the resistance band in your right hand, and secure the tension with your left foot, commencing the exercise with upper arm horizontal to the floor, hand pointing down towards your left foot.

Focus on keeping your upper arm fixed throughout the movement, take your right hand across your body, directly out to the side, with your palm facing back the whole time.
Hold in the outer phase for 1 - 2 seconds, feeling the contraction in your tricep muscle, prior to retuning back to your starting position (keeping upper arm horizontal) and repeating for desired reps.
