Lying Supine Extension
Lie face up on a flat bench, holding the resistance band in both hands, with your arms bent at 90 degrees, having the resistance band attached to a secure object behind your head.

Keeping your elbows close to your head throughout the movement, smoothly pull the resistance band, until your arms are straight, with your hands over your head.
You may decide to perform this exercise with either one or both arms, however focus on keeping the upper arm vertical with your elbows close to your head.
Return back down slowly to a bent arm position prior to repeating again for desired amount of reps, aiming to keep the tension on the band throughout.
