Back Squeeze
This exercise can be performed either seated, or in a standing bent over stance, whilst holding the resistance band handles in each hand, with your arms straight / slightly bent, however with a strong tension on the band.

Smoothly pull your shoulder blades together whilst in a bent over position, focusing on slowly pulling your shoulder blades together, and holding for 1 - 2 seconds, prior to returning back to the initial starting position.
Always aim to maintain your upper body position, avoiding any backward leaning movement or bending of the arms.
You may find it necessary to wrap the band around your hand, or alternatively have a wide foot stance, with the band crossed, in order to create a high tension on the band.
