Keeping your arms straight smoothly raise your arms to the rear, having your palms facing either the front side or even the rear.
You can work using either one or both arms, which is ideal if your partner is a lot weaker than yourself, they can use two arms to resist your one.
Avoid leaning forward during the movement.
