Join palms together with your partner, and push your arms up in a smooth vertical motion.

Aim to keep your arms a little more than shoulder width apart. Avoid arching the back, or lowering your hands below your shoulders.

You may wish to perform with your fingers facing backwards, or out to your sides, pushing directly up, or bringing your hands together at the final phase of the exercise.
