Front Cross Over's

This exercise can be performed either standing or seated.

keep your hands straight at shoulder level
cross one arm over the other and vice versa

Simply extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height, and cross one hand over the other, in an alternate action so that both hands are moving cautiously throughout the action.

Aim to keep the movements smooth, starting with small movement, hands staying within 6 – 8 inches, slowly increasing all the way out to 24 inches, then return slowly back in to 6 – 8 inch movements.
