Pec Cross Over
Attach two single stir-up attachments to two high cable pulleys, hold each attachment in your hands, ideally at chest / head height, with your arms extended straight out to your sides, with your thumbs on top.

Stand centrally between the cables, however about one foot forward, having your feet staggered to aid stability, leaning slightly forward, placing your bodyweight onto your front leg, which should be slightly bent.
Exhale and smoothly pull the cables in towards chest, keeping a slight bend in your arm, whilst finishing with your arm extended out to your front, at around nipple height.
Hold in this final phase for 1 - 2 seconds, feeling the contraction in your chest muscles by squeezing the muscles, prior to inhaling and returning back under control to your starting position, repeating again for desired amount of reps.
