Standing Low Fly

This exercise can be performed either standing or seated, holding a suitable single stir-up cable connection on a low pulley machine, standing to the side of the machine, with the handle in your hand closest to the pulley, keeping your arm straight.

Focus on keeping your back straight, as you smoothly take your arm from a downward pointing position, to one whereby your hand is now extended out to your front, with your arm straight.

Stand in a position that keeps your back straight and facing forward, as you aim to use the muscles of your chest to perform the exercise, rather than rotating around with your abdominal oblique muscles.

Hold in the outer phase position for 1 - 2 seconds, prior to returning back down to your starting position, in order to repeat the movement for desired reps.
