Partner Hop

A tough exercise which should only be performed by conditioned athletes.

With good communication between jumper and partner, the partner will hold one foot of the jumper around the ankle, whilst they perform a hop on the spot, aiming to get maximum height on each jump.

Maintain for desired reps, prior to changing to work the opposite leg. Focus on lifting the knee up towards the chest, with your heel close to your buttocks.

The aim of the partner is to support the rear leg, taking the leg high and low as the jumper moves up and down, avoid holding to tight, incase the athlete loses balance.
