Leg Swing

Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart, having both arms extended out to one side of your body, at about shoulder height, whilst also having the one leg lifted up and extended across your body.

Using your legs and arm, swing yourself around, aiming for a small uplift however maximal rotation.

Repeat this process immediately upon landing, however take yourself back in the opposite direction by using the other leg and arms stretched across the otherside of your body.
