2 Foot Ankle Hops
Stand with your feet close together, with your arms swinging freely (easier), out to your sides for balance, or across your chest harder, whilst keeping on the balls of your feet, lower leg position fixed.
Keeping your body upright, hop off both feet, exploding upwards immediately upon landing, aiming for vertical height rather than forward movement.
You may decide to hop on the spot, or go side to side, forward - back or a combination of movements.
