Single Leg Air Bounds

Air bounds are an excellent drill for developing explosive uplift and forward sprinting speed.

Use both arms to aid your forward momentum and uplift, aiming to take one knee up as high as you can.

Upon landing, repeat the process again, however changing the lead leg. You may want to bring your rear leg tucked up close to your buttucks or keep the leg straight.

Focus on immediate take off upon each landing, keeping your heels locked throughout the movement.
