Scissor Strides

This exercise can be performed either on the spot, or as a forward or even rearward action.
The aim is to keep your legs straight, and take one forward whilst the other to the rear whilst in mid air.
Use your arms to help generate height, landing on both feet, shoulder width apart.
Upon landing immediately repeat the process, however changing the lead leg and arm.
An ideal exercise for improving leg stride for any athlete wanting to improve ground speed.
