Bosu Front Lunge
The Bosu is an excellent piece of equipment to help develop both strength and improved stability. For most sports being strong and fit is pointless if you have poor stability - skiing - football - ice skating they all need good balance.

A number of different lunge movements can be performed, using both sides of the Bosu.
Would recommend commencing with the flat side down and perform lunges with your front or rear foot raised on the central part of the dome.
Place your front foot on the central part of the Bosu, and smoothly lower your rear knee down towards the floor, keeping your back straight and vertical. You may decide to have your hands out by your sides to aid balance.
The exercise can be made harder by actually lunging onto the dome with your front foot.
You may decide to turn the Bosu upside down so that the dome is on the floor and perform lunges with either your front or rear foot on the flat platform, however avoid lunging onto the flat surface unless your training for a specific sport and you have the conditioning to perform this difficult exercise.
