180 Degree Jumps

This is an advanced exercise and should only be performed by conditioned athletes.

Place the Bosu against a wall to avoid it sliding away as you land.

Commence the exercise with one foot just off the center on the Bosu, having your other foot placed wide apart, with the foot pointing outwards.

Lower downwards, and then explode up, jumping 180 degrees around, so that as you land your now facing the opposite direction, with the opposite foot landing safely on the Bosu.

Upon landing, immediately lower down to repeat the movement, jumping back to your starting position, ideally in the direction you just came - if you go around in circles you will soon become dizzy.

Whenever you land, avoid letting your knees go over your toes, taking care not to land poorly on the Bosu, always landing with the foot your side of the Bosu’s central point.

You may decide to use your arms to help with your jumping, or out to your sides to aid balance.
