Place one foot on the central part of the Bosu, smoothly lower your buttocks downwards, to a position whereby your thigh is almost parallel to the floor, keeping your back straight, and your hands out to your sides to aid balance.
Concentrate on keeping your back straight and head up, focusing on preventing your knees from extending over your toes.
Exhale as you return back up from your lowered position, and repeat for desired amount of reps, working one leg at a time (harder) or alternate legs.
You may even decide to perform with your eyes shut, which will make the exercise harder.
To make the exercise easier, you may decide to use either a wall or a chair to place one hand on, in order to assist with your balance.
