Bosu Cycling

Sit centrally on the Bosu in a leaning back position, to assist with balance, with your head upright and hands placed on the side of the head.

Aim to try and rotate a little from your trunk to take your elbow to your opposite knee, always keeping your hands on your head, however never pull your head.

As you bring one knee upwards, your other leg should be extended out straight.

As you progress try and work at a faster tempo.
