Two Arm Tricep Curl
Lie face up on a flat bench, holding a suitably weighted dumbbell in both hands, with your arms straight, the weights directly above your shoulders.
Focus
on keeping your upper arm vertical, as you smoothly lower the weights down
to the side of your head, taking care not to hit your head with the weight.
Exhale as you lift the weights back up to your starting position, prior to repeating for desired reps.
Always make sure that
any locking collars are securely fastened, it is best to perform this exercise
with fixed weights that are small in size.
