Straight Arm Pullovers
This is a difficult exercise and as such you will only need a light weight on your bar. Aim to keep your back pushed into the bench with your feet raised, which reduces the stress and arch on your back, whilst truly isolating your shoulder muscles.

Keeping your arms straight, smoothly lower the weight from a vertical straight arm position, to one whereby your arms are horizontal, with the bar directly inline with your head.
Focus on keeping your feet pushed down on the bench, in order to keep your lower back on the bench. Avoid using heavy weights, aim to work for high reps with a lightweight, rather than risk injury with a heavy weight and poor technique.
