Bodyweights Exercises

The great thing about using your body weight for a workout, is that you will always have it to hand, and as such there is now no reason why you can't exercise.

Just think about every time you go in a lift because you decide not to take the stairs, have a look at the wall squat you can still save time by going in the lift, and at the same time work out those quadriceps.
