There is no easier way to exercise the muscles of your upper body than to simply perform a series of different press-ups.

Always start and finish with a quick stretch of your back - chest and biceps, you may only be able to perform 10 or even 5, or maybe just 1, however by performing a few sets throughout the day, it wont take your body long to firm up and develop all over strength and toning.
