Straight Arm Squeeze

This exercise can be performed either seated, or in a standing bent over stance, whilst holding suitable weighted dumbbells in each hand, with your arms straight.

keep your arms straight throughout
slowly pull your shoulder blades together - holding for 1 - 2 seconds then repeat

Smoothly pull your shoulder blades together whilst in a bent over position, keeping your arms straight throughout the exercise, focusing on slowly pulling your shoulder blades together, and holding for 1 - 2 seconds, prior to returning back to the initial starting position.

Can also be performed on a high bench, however always aim to maintain your upper body position, avoiding any backward leaning movement or bending of the arms.
