Oblique Exercises
The oblique muscles work in two pairs, the internal and external oblique's, with their main function being rotation and lateral bending of the trunk, whilst aiding forward flexion (bending forward).
Too many people look at training the oblique's if they suffer with excess fat, on their sides, (love handles), the key to removing this excess is not in training the oblique's, its aerobic / resistance exercise and correct nutrition.
