Arm Rotations

Rest on your knees and 1 hand, whilst keeping your back horizontal to the floor.

Take the raised hand under your body, aiming to rotate around from your waist, in order to extend the hand out to your opposite side.

Return back to your neutral beginning position, to repeat for desired number of repetitions.

Focus on a smooth slow movement, exhaling as you extending your arm to your opposite side and inhaling on your return.
