Explosive In and Outs

Start in a normal push up position, and inhale and lower down, keeping good form, with your abdominal muscles contracted.

Exhale and explode upwards, taking both your hands and feet off the floor.

You should aim to bring your hands in close together, as like a close hand (Diamond) push ups, with your legs extending wide to both assist with balance and increase the exercise difficulty.

On your next movement, as you explode back upwards again, aim to start back with your hands and feet in the normal push up position.
