3,4,5, Point Barrier Jump
A good exercise for static sprint starts, which can be performed whilst resting on either your feet, hands or even one knee - one hand and two feet will equal 3 points - both hands and feet will be 4 points, with hands - feet and one knee equalling 5 points.
Resting on a combination of your hands feet or knees, explode both upwards and forwards over a low collapsible barrier.
You may decide to progress up to performing this exercise by simply aiming to achieve height, without the additional increase of difficulty of having a barrier to jump over.
Upon landing, you may decide to lower down in order to repeat the movement, however aim to rest for a minimum of 20 - 30 seconds and repeat the action again, focusing on explosive height and distance.
