A good exercise for your triceps – shoulders and chest.

have your elbows pointing out to your sides bend the arm taking the end of the weight down to your chest

Lie face up on your Swiss Ball, with a suitably weighted dumbbell in each hand, having your arms straight, with your hands double shoulder width apart, palms facing away.

Smoothly lower both weights inwards towards your chest, whilst keeping your palms facing away, keeping your elbows wide apart, focusing on keeping your upper arms static.

Always make sure that any locking collars are securely fastened, it is best to perform this exercise with fixed weights that are small in size.
