Knee to Elbow
A good exercise for the total body, especially your hip flexors and glutes.
Rest both hands on the Bosu, in a position of a full press up, keeping your core muscles engaged throughout the movement to avoid your body dropping.
Exhale and lift one foot off the floor, aiming to take the knee, first out to your side, then up towards your elbow.
Your inner foot should be parallel to the floor in the final lifting phase, if performed correctly.
Inhale as you return back to your starting position to repeat, either on the same side, (harder) or alternately.
This exercise can be made far harder by turning the Bosu over onto its doomed surface, or even more challenging by performing the movement whist doing a press up at the same time.
