Bosu - Swiss Ball

Bosu's and Swiss Balls (Physio Balls) are a great way to work the total body, as your having to work all your smaller fixator muscles, in order to help fix your body position when performing the exercise movement.

For best results, your actually better using the easiest method first, for example having the flat surface of the Bosu resting on the floor - and then progress, as its far to easy and often done, whereby an individual will perform an exercise, not realising exactly how much harder it can be, whilst using a Bosu / Swiss Ball.

Learn the basics, develop the movement and then progress once you can manage the additional difficulty with the increase in balanced required.
