Straight Arm Pullovers
This is a difficult exercise which should only be carried out by regular lifters. Always warm-up the muscles by performing a few reps without any weights. You may decide to perform this movement holding one dumbbell, in either both or each hand.

Lie flat on the floor, focusing on pushing your back and hips into the ground, you should aim to keep your feet close to your buttocks, in order to help prevent any arching in your spine.
Smoothly lower the weight down behind your head, keeping your arms straight, taking care to never go beyond the point where you can't smoothly lift the weight back up above your head.
Control the speed of the movement, so that you have full control of the weight, taking care to avoid letting the weight hit the floor.
Always make sure that all locking collars are securely tightened, especially if working with two dumbbells.
