Lying Pullover

Lie on the floor, with your legs bent, feet firmly on the floor, holding the handles of a suitable resistance band, which should be attached to a secure object at floor level.

Throughout the movement, aim to keep your back pushed into the floor, as you pull your hands from an overhead position, to one that has your hands either overhead, or over your hips (harder).

You may decide to work with your arms straight, or bent at 90 degrees throughout the exercise, however always perform in a smooth controlled action, aiming to keep the resistance on the band.

You can also perform this exercise with one or both arms, however always make sure that the band is centrally placed around a secure object.
