Int Abs Workout

The following intermediate abdominal workouts should only be performed by persons who have completed the beginners workouts.

These workouts are challenging and will require you to work in a smooth controlled manner in order to develop greater abdominal core strength.

With each new workout, you don't need to perform all of the exercises, as you may find that you may not have the equipment needed, or simply find that your abdominal muscles have been worked sufficiently.

Always train to your own limits and focus on making positive improvements gradually. Once you can perform all of the exercise's on Intermediate Workout 1, move onto the second Workout on a new day.
