These workouts are challenging and will require you to work at an advanced level. Do not try these workouts unless you have a high strength / fitness level and have completed the intermediate workouts.

You don't have to perform all of the exercises within the workouts at your first try of the session. Look at progressing to this stage, rather than performing poor technique, which can increase your risk to injury....ENJOY.
