Quads / Thigh Stretch
The quadricep or thigh muscles, will often require a good stretch, as they are one of the major muscle groups involved in a lot of sporting activities, such as running, rowing and any active standing sport.
Its important at the end of any physical activity, to gradually let the heart rate come down, with an active cool down, so that you don't restict the blood flow in your legs, as this can cause you to become dizzy, especially after stretching or lying on the floor.
