Two Foot Bounce Off's

You will need to work with a partner with this exercise, ideally one who is comfortable with throwing a suitably weighted medicine ball, accurately towards you.

Lie on your back, with your knees up towards your chest, with your feet close together, hands on the floor to your sides to give stability and an increase in power.

Your partner will need to stand close to your feet, and gently throw the medicine ball towards your feet - whilst the ball is in the air, extend both legs out, aiming to bounce the ball back to your partner, so they can catch it and repeat the process again.
