Plyometrics Abdominals

Stand or stride either side of your partners legs, who should adopt a sit up position, with their hands either across their chest, or hands extended out towards you.

Aim to sit fully upwards, however at your mid point your partner should resist your movement by placing their hands against your shoulders.

If standing you may decide to block the movement by both partners extending their hands out, so that the hands stop the movement again at the midpoint.
